Return Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Evi Cross will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs: Free shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; shipping within the United States takes 4–7 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We currently only ship within the United States. International orders are not accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed in accordance with our Return Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@evicross.com with your order number.
