7. Shipping and Dispatch Origin
We ship exclusively to physical addresses in the United States. To provide the best value and latest designs, products are prepared and dispatched from our international partner fulfillment centers in Asia. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. If a shipment is delayed or lost, contact us promptly for a carrier investigation.
8. Returns and Return Center
Details regarding returns are found in our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: You may return items within 30 days of delivery. All authorized returns must be sent to our dedicated US Return Center (3450 NW 115th Ave, Miami, FL 33178, USA). Returns sent elsewhere without authorization will not be accepted.
9. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards
Promotions may have specific terms such as expiration dates, usage limits, or exclusions. Discounts cannot be applied to past orders. If you return items purchased with a promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
